The Coconut Coffee Cloud just rolled in — double shot of espresso, cream, and vanilla sweetness… whipped into a soft cloud, poured over coconut water. Sat down with the IRS and tried to explain… “Listen… the profit is emotional. Financially? Zero. Zilch. Nada.” They didn’t laugh. Not even a courtesy smile. I showed ‘em photos of lattes, empty milk jugs, and a trailer that runs on espresso and bad decisions. I said we don’t do this for the money — we do it for the regulars, the first sip face, and the folks who pull up half asleep and leave human again ☕️ They kept asking for numbers.
